## SEC. 101 AIRPORT PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT AND NOISE COMPATIBILITY PLANNING AND PROGRAMS ###
(a)Authorization Section 48103(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph
(6)by striking “and” at the end; ####
(2)by striking paragraph
