## SEC. 7053 parking fines and real property taxes owed by foreign governments The terms and conditions of section 7055 of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2010 (division F of Public Law 111-117) shall apply to this Act: * Provided,* That subsection (f)(2)(B) of such section shall be applied by substituting “September 30, 2023” for “September 30, 2009”.
