## SEC. 101 NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM ###
(a)Financing **[**[42 U.S.C. 4016 note](/us/usc/t42/s4016)**]** Section 1309(a) of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4016(a)) shall be applied by substituting “September 30, 2024” for “September 30, 2023”. ###
(b)Program Expiration **[**[42 U.S.C. 4026 note](/us/usc/t42/s4026)**]** Sections 1319 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4026) shall be applied by substituting “September 30, 2024” for “September 30, 2023”. ###
(c)Retroactive Effective Date **[**[42 U.S.C. 4016 note](/us/usc/t42/s4016)**]** This section shall take effect as if enacted on September 30, 2023.
