## SEC. 121 DELAYING CERTAIN DISPROPORTIONATE SHARE PAYMENT CUTS Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r-4(f)(7)(A)) is amended by striking “January 20, 2024” each place it appears and inserting “March 9, 2024”.
