## SEC. 308 EXTENSION OF ADJUSTMENT TO CALCULATION OF HOSPICE CAP AMOUNT UNDER MEDICARE Section 1814(i)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395f(i)(2)(B)) is amended— ####

(1)in clause (ii), by striking “2032” and inserting “2033”; and ####

(2)in clause (iii), by striking “2032” and inserting “2033”.
