## SEC. 212 MEDICAID IMPROVEMENT FUND Section 1941(b)(3)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396w-1(b)(3)(A)), as amended by section 122 of subtitle B of title I of division B of the Further Additional Continuing Appropriations and Other Extensions Act, 2024 (Public Law 118-35), is further amended by striking “$5,140,428,729” and inserting “$0”. ## Subtitle C Medicare
