## SEC. 305 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**15115**]** ###
(a)Scholarships There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 303 $800,000 for fiscal year 2001 and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2002 through 2007. ###
(b)Staff Development Curriculum There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 304 $800,000 for fiscal year 2001 and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2002 and 2003. # TITLE IV REPEAL2 2Title IV is not shown because it is amendatory in nature. Subsection
(a)of section 401 repealed the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act (see footnote for the beginning of this Act), and subsection
(b)amended various provisions of law to strike references to such Act and insert references to this Act, which is the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000. There are no other sections in title IV. * * * * * * *
