## SEC. 145 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**15045**]** For allotments under section 142, there are authorized to be appropriated $32,000,000 for fiscal year 2001 and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2002 through 2007. ## Subtitle D National Network of University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research, and Service
