## SEC. 905 PRINCIPAL DEPUTY ASSISTANT SECRETARIES TO SUPPORT ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR SPECIAL OPERATIONS AND LOW INTENSITY CONFLICT **[**[10 U.S.C. 138 note](/us/usc/t10/s138)**]** The Secretary of Defense may appoint two Principal Deputy Assistant Secretaries to report to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict— ####
(1)one of whom may be assigned to support the Assistant Secretary in the discharge of responsibilities specified in clause
(i)of section 138(b)(2)(A) of title 10, United States Code; and ####
(2)one of whom may be assigned to support the Assistant Secretary in the discharge of responsibilities specified in clause
