## SEC. 7704 SURVEY TO ASSESS STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF TRUSTED WORKFORCE 2.0 Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, and once every 2 years thereafter until 2029, the Comptroller General of the United States shall administer a survey to such sample of Federal agencies, Federal contractors, and other persons that require security clearances to access classified information as the Comptroller General considers appropriate to assess— ####

(1)the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of the Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiative; and ####

(2)the effectiveness of vetting Federal personnel while managing risk during the onboarding of such personnel. # TITLE VIII ANOMALOUS HEALTH INCIDENTS
