## SEC. 7331 CHANGE TO PENALTIES AND INCREASED AVAILABILITY OF MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT FOR UNLAWFUL CONDUCT ON CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY INSTALLATIONS Section 15(b) of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 (50 U.S.C. 3515(b)) is amended, in the second sentence, by striking “those specified in section 1315(c)(2) of title 40, United States Code” and inserting “the maximum penalty authorized for a Class B misdemeanor under section 3559 of title 18, United States Code”.
