## SEC. 7322 INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY-WIDE POLICY ON PREPUBLICATION REVIEW **[**[50 U.S.C. 3161 note](/us/usc/t50/s3161)**]** Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall issue, and submit to the congressional intelligence committees, the Committee on the Judiciary, the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, and the Committee on the Judiciary, the Committee on Oversight and Accountability, and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives, an intelligence community-wide policy regarding prepublication review.
