## SEC. 721 MODIFICATION OF PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FOR MILITARY TRAUMA CARE AND RESEARCH Section 736 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263; 10 U.S.C. 1071 note) is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating paragraphs
(7)through
(9)as paragraphs
(8)through (10), respectively; and ####
(2)by inserting after paragraph
(6)the following new paragraph (7): > > #### “(7) > > The provision of training and support to Ukraine for the treatment of individuals with extremity trauma, amputations, post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injuries, and any other mental health conditions associated with post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic brain injuries, including— > > > ##### “(A) > > the exchange of subject matter expertise; > > > ##### “(B) > > training and support relating to advanced clinical skills development; and > > > ##### “(C) > > training and support relating to clinical case management support.” > .
