## SEC. 6410 ESTABLISHMENT OF FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY AWARD **[**[22 U.S.C. 2651a note](/us/usc/t22/s2651a)**]** The Under Secretary of State for Management shall establish, in consultation with the Director of the Budget and Planning Bureau and the Director of Global Talent, an annual departmental award for any exemplary employee who recommends, identifies, or adopts significant cost-saving measures for program implementation or through the reallocation of resources. # TITLE LXV ECONOMIC DIPLOMACY
