## SEC. 632 LODGING EXPENSES FOR DEPENDENTS OF MEMBERS SEPARATED FOR DEPENDENT ABUSE Section 1059 of title 10, United States Code, as amended by section 631, is further amended— ####
(1)in the heading, by adding “; lodging expenses” at the end; ####
(2)by redesignating subsections (k), (l), and
(m)as subsections (m), (n), and (l), respectively; ####
(3)by striking “subsection (k)” each place it appears and inserting “subsection (m)”; and ####
(4)by inserting, after subsection (j), the following new subsection (k): > > ### “(k) Lodging Expenses > > A dependent or former dependent entitled to payment of monthly transitional compensation under this section shall, while receiving payments in accordance with this section, be entitled to lodging expenses for a period not longer than 30 days.” > .
