## SEC. 6212 NATIONAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this division, the Secretary shall submit a strategy to the appropriate congressional committees that assesses the potential benefits and costs of a national advertising campaign to improve the recruitment to the Civil Service and the Foreign Service by raising public awareness of the important accomplishments of the Department.
