## SEC. 6113 AGREEMENTS WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES REGARDING PASSPORTS NEARING EXPIRATION **[**[22 U.S.C. 213 note](/us/usc/t22/s213)**]** The President, acting through the Secretary, shall seek to reach agreements with the governments of foreign countries that do not accept United States passports that are at or within 6 months of expiration to allow for the use of such United States passports.
