## SEC. 345 FOREIGN MILITARY SALES EXCLUSION IN CALCULATION FOR CERTAIN WORKLOAD CARRYOVER OF DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY Section 377 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263; 136 Stat. 2542; 10 U.S.C. 2476 note) is amended by striking “ that applies ” and all that follows through the closing period and inserting “ that— ” > > #### “(1) > > applies a material end of period exclusion; and > > > #### “(2) > > excludes from the calculated carryover amount the proceeds of any foreign military sale.” > .
