## SEC. 333 INCREASE OF TRANSFER AUTHORITY FOR FUNDING OF STUDY AND ASSESSMENT ON HEALTH IMPLICATIONS OF PERFLUOROALKYL SUBSTANCES AND POLYFLUOROALKYL SUBSTANCES CONTAMINATION IN DRINKING WATER BY AGENCY FOR TOXIC SUBSTANCES AND DISEASE REGISTRY Section 316(a)(2)(B) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 131 Stat. 1350) is amended by adding at the end the following new clause: > > ###### “(iv) > > Without regard to section 2215 of title 10, United States Code, the Secretary of Defense may transfer not more than $5,000,000 during fiscal year 2024 to the Secretary of Health and Human Services to pay for the study and assessment required by this section.” > .
