## SEC. 316 MODIFICATION TO PROTOTYPE AND DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS FOR ENERGY RESILIENCE AT CERTAIN MILITARY INSTALLATIONS ###
(a)Modification to Covered Technologies for Prototype and Demonstration Projects Section 322(c)(6) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263; 136 Stat. 2511; 10 U.S.C. 2911 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(C) > > Hydrogen creation, storage, and power generation technologies using natural gas or renewable electricity.” > . ###
(b)Applicability **[**[10 U.S.C. 2911 note](/us/usc/t10/s2911)**]** The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to covered prototype and demonstration projects (as defined in section 322(k) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263; 136 Stat. 2511; 10 U.S.C. 2911 note)) commencing on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
