## SEC. 3120 MODIFICATION OF MINOR CONSTRUCTION THRESHOLD FOR PLANT PROJECTS Section 4701(2) of the Atomic Energy Defense Act (50 U.S.C. 2741(2)) is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (A), by striking “subparagraphs

(B)and (C)” and inserting “subparagraph (B)”; ####

(2)in subparagraph (B), by striking “During the period beginning on the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 and ending on November 30, 2025, the” and inserting “The”; and ####

(3)by striking subparagraph (C).
