## SEC. 2884 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY OF SECRETARY OF THE ARMY TO ENTER INTO COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS RELATING TO ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT OF AIR FORCE MEMORIAL **[**[40 U.S.C. 8903 note](/us/usc/t40/s8903)**]** Section 2863(e) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002 (division B of Public Law 107-107; 115 Stat. 1332), is amended by striking “the Foundation” and inserting “non-Federal Government entities, the Secretary of the Air Force, or both,”.
