## SEC. 2610 MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT FISCAL YEAR 2023 PROJECT AT CAMP PENDLETON, CALIFORNIA In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2602 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (division B of Public Law 117-263; 136 Stat. 2987) for Camp Pendleton, California, for construction of an area maintenance support activity, the Secretary of the Army may construct a 15,000 square foot facility.
