## SEC. 1712 COMPOSITION OF THE SPACE FORCE WITHOUT COMPONENT ###

(a)Composition of the Space Force Section 9081(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking paragraph (1); ####

(2)by redesignating paragraphs

(2)and

(3)as paragraphs

(1)and (2), respectively; and ####

(3)in paragraph (1), as so redesignated, by striking “, including” and all that follows through “emergency”. ###

(b)Effective Date **[**[10 U.S.C. 9081 note](/us/usc/t10/s9081)**]** The amendments made by subsection

(a)shall take effect on the date of the certification by the Secretary of the Air Force under section 1745.
