## SEC. 135 MODIFICATION OF ANNUAL REPORTS ON T-7A ADVANCED PILOT TRAINING SYSTEM Section 156 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263; 136 Stat. 2460) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “through 2028” and inserting “through 2033”; and ####
(2)in subsection (b)— #####
(A)by redesignating paragraph
(9)as paragraph (11); and #####
(B)by inserting after paragraph
(8)the following new paragraphs: > > #### “(9) > > A schedule risk assessment, conducted by the Secretary of the Air Force at the 80 percent confidence level, that includes risks associated with the overlap of the development, testing, and production phases of the program and risks related to contractor management. > > > #### “(10) > > A plan for determining the conditions under which the Secretary of the Air Force may accept production work on the T-7A Advanced Pilot Training System that was completed by the contractor for the program in anticipation of the Air Force ordering additional systems, but which was not subject to typical production oversight because there was no contract for the procurement of such additional systems in effect when such work was performed.” > .
