## SEC. 1087 PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF AFGHANISTAN WAR RECORDS **[**[10 U.S.C. 113 note](/us/usc/t10/s113)**]** The Secretary of Defense, in a manner consistent with the protection of intelligence sources and methods, shall expeditiously disclose to the public all relevant unclassified records of the Department of Defense relating to the war in Afghanistan.
