## SEC. 201 EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FROM AIRPORT AND AIRWAY TRUST FUND ###

(a)In General **[**[26 U.S.C. 9502](/us/usc/t26/s9502)**]** Section 9502(d)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— ####

(1)in the matter preceding subparagraph

(A)by striking “January 1, 2024” and inserting “March 9, 2024”; and ####

(2)in subparagraph

(A)by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting “or the Airport and Airway Extension Act of 2023, Part II;”. ###

(b)Conforming Amendment Section 9502(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking “January 1, 2024” and inserting “March 9, 2024”.
