## SEC. 2307 SUNSET DATES ###

(a)Authorization **[**[21 U.S.C. 379j-11 note](/us/usc/t21/s379j-11)**]** Sections 739 and 740 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 21 U.S.C. 379j-11; 379j-12) shall cease to be effective October 1, 2028. ###

(b)Reporting Requirements **[**[21 U.S.C. 379j-13 note](/us/usc/t21/s379j-13)**]** Section 740A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 379j-13) shall cease to be effective January 31, 2029. ###

(c)Previous Sunset Provision **[**[21 U.S.C. 379j-12 note](/us/usc/t21/s379j-12) [21 U.S.C. 379j-12 note](/us/usc/t21/s379j-12)**]** Effective October 1, 2023, subsections

(a)and
