## SEC. 2205 RESEARCH, ENGINEERING, AND DEVELOPMENT Section 48102(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (14), by striking “and”; ####

(2)in paragraph

(15)by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and ####
