## SEC. 141 ###
(a)Notwithstanding section 101, section 747 of title VII of division E of Public Law 117–328 shall be applied through the date specified in section 106(3) of this Act by— ####
(1)substituting “2025” for “2024”; ####
(2)substituting “2024” for “2023” each place it appears; ####
(3)substituting “2023” for “2022” each place it appears; and ####
(4)substituting “section 747 of division E of Public Law 117–328, as in effect on September 30, 2023” for “section 747 of division E of Public Law 117–103” each place it appears. ###
(b)Subsection
(a)shall not take effect until the first day of the first applicable pay period beginning on or after January 1, 2024.
