Sec. 106. Unless otherwise provided for in this Act or in the applicable appropriations Act for fiscal year 2024, appropriations and funds made available and authority granted pursuant to this Act shall be available until whichever of the following first occurs:

## SEC. 106 Unless otherwise provided for in this Act or in the applicable appropriations Act for fiscal year 2024, appropriations and funds made available and authority granted pursuant to this Act shall be available until whichever of the following first occurs: ####
(1)The enactment into law of an appropriation for any project or activity provided for in this Act. ####
(2)In the case of appropriations and funds made available and authority granted pursuant to sections 101(1), 101(4), 101(10), 101(12), 134 and 137, January 19, 2024. ####
(3)March 22, 2024, except as provided in paragraph (4). ####
(4)In the case of appropriations and funds made available and authority granted pursuant to sections 101(1), 101(4), 101(10), 101(12), 134 and 137, March 8, 2024.
