## SEC. 2313 REAUTHORIZATION; REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Section 742 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 379j-22) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by striking “2018” and inserting “2023”; ####
(2)by striking “2019” each place it appears in subsections
(a)and
(b)and inserting “2024”; and ####
(3)in subsection (d), by striking “2023” each place it appears and inserting “2028”.
