## SEC. 122 ###
(a)Funds previously made available in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017 (Public Law 115-31) and the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 (Public Law 115-141) under the heading “National Aeronautics and Space Administration—Space Operations” that were available for obligation through fiscal year 2018 and fiscal year 2019, respectively, are to remain available through fiscal year 2024 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal years 2017 through 2019. ###
(b)####
(1)Subject to paragraph (2), this section shall become effective immediately upon enactment of this Act. ####
(2)If this Act is enacted after September 30, 2023, this section shall be applied as if it were in effect on September 30, 2023.
