## SEC. 9716 ELIMINATION OF OBSOLETE REPORTS ###
(a)Certification of Effectiveness of the Australia Group Section 2(7) of Senate Resolution 75 (105th Congress) is amended by striking subparagraph (C). ###
(b)Plans to Implement the Gandhi-King Scholarly Exchange Initiative **[**[22 U.S.C. 2452 note](/us/usc/t22/s2452)**]** The Gandhi-King Scholarly Exchange Initiative Act (subtitle D of title III of division FF of Public Law 116-260) is amended by striking section 336. ###
(c)Progress Report on Jerusalem Embassy The Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 (Public Law 104-45) is amended by striking section 6. ###
(d)Presidential Anti-pedophilia Certification **[**[22 U.S.C. 287e note](/us/usc/t22/s287e)**]** Section 102 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1994 and 1995 (Public Law 103-236) is amended by striking subsection (g). ###
(e)Microenterprise for Self-reliance Report Title III of the Microenterprise for Self-Reliance and International Anti-Corruption Act of 2000 (Public Law 106-309; 22 U.S.C. 2462 note) is amended by striking section 304.
