## SEC. 9107 OFFICE OF SANCTIONS COORDINATION ###
(a)Extension of Authorities Section 1 of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2651a) is amended, in paragraph (4)(B) of subsection (l), as redesignated by section 9502(a)(2) of this Act, by striking “the date that is two years after the date of the enactment of this subsection” and inserting “December 31, 2024”. ###
(b)Briefing Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Treasury, or the Secretary’s designee, shall brief the appropriate congressional committees with respect to the steps that the Office of Sanctions Coordination has taken to coordinate its activities with the Department of the Treasury and humanitarian aid programs, in an effort to help ensure appropriate flows of humanitarian assistance and goods to countries subject to United States sanctions.
