## SEC. 904 LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS PENDING COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO ALIGNMENT OF CLOSE COMBAT LETHALITY TASK FORCE Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2023 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide, for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, not more than 75 percent may be obligated or expended until the Department of Defense complies with the requirements of section 911 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117-81; 135 Stat. 1878) (relating to alignment of the Close Combat Lethality Task Force). ## Subtitle B Other Department of Defense Organization and Management Matters
