## SEC. 845 CONGRESSIONAL NOTIFICATION FOR PILOT PROGRAM TO ACCELERATE THE PROCUREMENT AND FIELDING OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES Section 834 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117-81; 135 Stat. 1835; 10 U.S.C. 4061 note) is amended— ####

(1)by redesignating subsection

(f)as subsection (g); and ####

(2)by inserting after subsection

(e)the following new subsection: > > ### “(f) Congressional Notification > > The Secretary of Defense shall notify the congressional defense committees within 30 days after funding has been provided for a proposal selected for an award under the pilot program established under this section.” > .
