## SEC. 8403 FACILITY INVESTMENT ###
(a)In General Subject to subsection (b), using amounts available in the revolving fund established by the first section of the Civil Functions Appropriations Act, 1954 (33 U.S.C. 576), andnot otherwise obligated, the Secretary may— ####
(1)design and construct the lab and office facility for a Mandatory Center of Expertise in Branson, Missouri, described in the prospectus submitted to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate on June 10, 2022, pursuant to subsection
(c)of such Act (33 U.S.C. 576(c)), substantially in accordance with such prospectus; and ####
(2)carry out such construction and infrastructure improvements as are required to support such lab and office facility, including any necessary demolition of the existing infrastructure. ###
(b)Requirement In carrying out subsection (a), the Secretary shall ensure that the revolving fund established by the first section of the Civil Functions Appropriations Act, 1954 (33 U.S.C. 576) is appropriately reimbursed from funds appropriated for Corps of Engineers programs that benefit from the lab and office facility constructed under this section. # TITLE LXXXV CLEAN WATER
