## SEC. 8380 TREATMENT OF CERTAIN BENEFITS AND COSTS Section 152(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (33 U.S.C. 2213a(a)) is amended by striking “a flood risk management project that incidentally generates seismic safety benefits in regions” and inserting “a flood risk management or coastal storm risk management project in a region”.
