## SEC. 8340 ALGIERS CANAL LEVEES, LOUISIANA ###

(a)In General In accordance with section 328 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 304; 121 Stat. 1129), the Secretary shall operate, maintain, repair, replace, and rehabilitate all features of the West Bank and Vicinity, New Orleans, Louisiana Hurricane Protection Project along the Algiers Canal , at full Federal expense. ###

(b)Technical Amendment Section 328(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 304; 121 Stat. 1129) is amended by inserting “described in subsection (b)” after “the project”.
