## SEC. 8315 STORM DAMAGE PREVENTION AND REDUCTION, COASTAL EROSION, RIVERINE EROSION, AND ICE AND GLACIAL DAMAGE, ALASKA ###
(a)In General The Secretary shall establish a program to carry out structural and nonstructural projects for storm damage prevention and reduction, coastal erosion, riverine erosion, and ice and glacial damage in the State of Alaska, including— ####
(1)relocation of affected communities; and ####
(2)construction of replacement facilities. ###
(b)Cost Share ####
(1)In general Except as provided in paragraph (2), the non-Federal share of the cost of a project carried out under this section shall be in accordance with sections 103 and 105 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2213, 2215). ####
(2)Exception In the case of a project benefitting an economically disadvantaged community (as defined by the Secretary under section 160 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (33 U.S.C. 2201 note)), including economically disadvantaged communities located in urban and rural areas, the non-Federal share of the cost of such project shall be 10 percent. ###
(c)Repeal Section 116 of the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010 (123 Stat. 2851), is repealed. ###
(d)Treatment The program authorized by subsection
(a)shall be considered a continuation of the program authorized by section 116 of the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010 (123 Stat. 2851) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act).
