## SEC. 8313 ST. GEORGE, ALASKA Notwithstanding the terms of the local cooperation agreement between the Department of the Army and the City of St. George, Alaska, dated December 23, 1988, the Secretary shall waive any and all payments due and owing to the United States by the City of St. George on or after the date of enactment this Act resulting from the judgment filed on November 8, 1993, in the United States Court of Federal Claims in *J.E. McAmis, Inc.* v. *United States*, 90-315C, 91-1194C, and 91-1195C.
