## SEC. 8228 AUTOMATED FEE MACHINES For the purpose of mitigating adverse impacts to public access to outdoor recreation, to the maximum extent practicable, the Secretary shall consider alternatives to the use of automated fee machines for the collection of fees for the use of developed recreation sites and facilities in West Virginia.
