## SEC. 8212 DISPOSITION STUDY ON SALINAS DAM AND RESERVOIR, CALIFORNIA In carrying out the disposition study for the project for Salinas Dam (Santa Margarita Lake), California, pursuant to section 202(d) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 2675), the Secretary shall— ####
(1)ensure that the County of San Luis Obispo is provided right of first refusal for any potential conveyance of the project; and ####
(2)ensure that the study identifies and describes any potential repairs or modifications to the project necessary to meet Federal and State dam safety requirements prior to transferring the project.
