## SEC. 8210 OUACHITA RIVER WATERSHED, ARKANSAS AND LOUISIANA The Secretary shall conduct a review of projects in the Ouachita River watershed, Arkansas and Louisiana, under section 216 of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (33 U.S.C. 549a).
