## SEC. 818 EXTENSION OF PILOT PROGRAM TO ACCELERATE CONTRACTING AND PRICING PROCESSES Section 890 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115-232), as most recently amended by section 1831(j)(7) of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116-238; 134 Stat. 4217), is further amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)(2), by striking “of” before “chapter 271”; and ####
(2)in subsection (c), by striking “January 2, 2023” and inserting “January 2, 2024”.
