## SEC. 8161 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF RECREATION SITES It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary, in each work plan submitted to Congress by the Secretary, should distribute amounts provided for the operations and maintenance of recreation sites of the Corps of Engineers so that each site receives an amount that is not less than 80 percent of the recreation fees generated by such site in a given year.
