## SEC. 8147 WATER INFRASTRUCTURE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PILOT PROGRAM **[**[33 U.S.C. 2201 note](/us/usc/t33/s2201)**]** Section 5014 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 (33 U.S.C. 2201 note) is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (a), by striking “aquatic”; and ####

(2)in subsection (d)(1), by inserting “ecosystem restoration,” after “flood damage reduction,”.
