## SEC. 8138 EMERGENCY STREAMBANK AND SHORELINE PROTECTION Section 14 of the Flood Control Act of 1946 (33 U.S.C. 701r) is amended— ####

(1)by inserting “lighthouses (including those lighthouses with historical value),” after “bridge approaches,”; and ####

(2)by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting “$10,000,000”.
