## SEC. 8136 LEASE DURATIONS **[**[10 U.S.C. 2667 note](/us/usc/t10/s2667)**]** The Secretary shall issue guidance on the circumstances under which a lease under section 2667 of title 10, United States Code, or section 4 of the Act of December 22, 1944 (16 U.S.C. 460d), with a term in excess of 25 years is appropriate and in the public interest.
